Dia 62 mm Micro Boring Head Kit with a boring capacity of 10-
125 mm is a versatile unit and is a must for any Tool Room
workshop.
1. With two vertical holes of 12 mm, the unit can take tools with
shank dia 12 mm (right hand tools) and one can also use the
horizontal hole (with a left hand tool) for making larger bores.
2. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.01 mm per division which
gives an adjustment of 20 microns on the diameter.
3. It comes pre-fitted with a taper shank as per requirement.
4. The unit is hardened and ground to ensure sturdity and
increased longevity
5. The Boring Kit comes with 2 nos. Right Hand Indexable Tools
(TPGX0902) with shank Dia 12 mm and a Left Hand Tool
1. Entry Dia 10 mm X Boring Length 40 mm- 1 nos.

2. Entry Dia 12 mm X Boring Length 50 mm- 1 nos.
3. Entry Dia 92 mm TPGX0902- 1 nos.
6. Inserts are to be purchased separately depending on the
material to be machined.

    1. High Precision Micro Boring Head Dia 85 mm (MuBore-85) with a boring capacity of 6- 245 mm is a study unit ideal for die moulding and precision boring applications. 2. With two vertical holes of 20 mm, the unit can take tools with shank dia 20 mm (right hand tools) and one can also use the horizontal hole (with a left hand tool) for making larger bores. 3. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.02 mm per division which gives an adjustment of 40 microns on the diameter. Using the vernier scale, adjustment of 0.002 mm can be made which gives an adjustment of 0.004 mm (4 micron) diamterically. 4. It comes pre-fitted with a taper shank as per requirement. 5.
