    1.Dia 75 mm Micro Boring Head Kit is a sturdy unit for boring large diameters. It can be used to bore sizes from 10 mm to up to 175 mm using a set of TPGX09/TPGX11 Indexable Tools. 2. This is very useful for boring deeper bores with depths of up to 80 mm. 3. The slide is hardened and ground which ensures its stable and sturdy and also increases the longevity of the unit. 4. There are two vertical holes and a horizontal hole of 20 mm. The vertical holes can take tools of shank dia 20 mm and bore from 10 mm to up to 125 mm. With an offset of 25 mm, the unit can bore a maximum diameter of 150 mm using a left hand tool in the horizontal hole. 5. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.01 mm per division which gives and adjustment of 20 micron on the diameter. 6. It comes pre-fitted with a taper shank as per requirement. 7.     1. Dia 38 mm Micro Boring Head Kit, a Mini Boring Head, is a small size boring head ideal for smaller spindle machines such as BT30, ISO20, etc. 2. The slide is hardened and ground which ensures its stable and sturdy and also increases the longevity of the unit. There are two vertical holes and a horizontal hole of 8 mm. 3. The vertical holes can bore from 8 mm to up to 58 mm. 4. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.015 mm per division and is fitted onto a bronze nut which makes the system free of backlash. 5. It comes pre-fitted with a taper shank like MT2, MT3, R8, BT30, ISO20, or Straight Shank, as per requirement. 6. The boring kit comes with 2 nos. Dia 8 mm CCMT06 Right Hand Tools. 7.
