1. Dia 62 mm Micro Boring Head Kit with a boring capacity of 6-125 mm is a versatile unit and is a must for any Tool Room workshop.
2. With two vertical holes of 12 mm, the unit can take tools with shank dia 12 mm (right hand tools) and one can also use the horizontal hole (with a left hand tool) for making larger bores.
3. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.01 mm per division which gives an adjustment of 20 microns on the diameter.
4. It comes pre-fitted with a BT40 Taper Shank (drawbar threadM16X2).
5. The unit is hardened and ground to ensure sturdity and increases longevity.
6. The Boring Kit comes with 5 nos. Right Hand Indexable Tools with shank Dia 12 mm and 1 Left Hand Tool:
1. Entry Dia 6 mm X Boring Length 29 mm- WCGT 0201- 1 nos.
2. Entry Dia 8 mm X Boring Length 37 mm- WCGT 0201- 1 nos.
3. Entry Dia 10 mm X Boring Length 40 mm TPGX0902- 1 nos.

1. Dia 38 mm Micro Boring Head Kit, a Mini Boring Head, is a small size boring head ideal for smaller spindle machines such as BT30, ISO20, etc.
2. The slide is hardened and ground which ensures its stable and sturdy and also increases the longevity of the unit. There are two vertical holes and a horizontal hole of 8 mm.
3. The vertical holes can bore from 8 mm to up to 58 mm.
4. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.015 mm per division and is fitted onto a bronze nut which makes the system free of backlash.
5. It comes pre-fitted with a taper shank like MT2, MT3, R8, BT30, ISO20, or Straight Shank, as per requirement.
6. The boring kit comes with 2 nos. Dia 8 mm CCMT06 Right Hand Tools.
7. Inserts are to be purchased separately depending on the material to be machined.

1. Special Boring Bar VBMT16 using other side for deep boring a size of 45.8 mm in SS304.
2. The boring bar was clamped on a Deep Boring Arbor with female thread coupling assisting in achieving lengths of up to 300 mm in a Special Purpose Machine.
3. The cutter has 4 working edges and designed in a way so as to enable maximum removal of chips using high-pressure coolant flow from the outside.
