1. Dia 62 mm R8-Integrated Micro Boring Head Kit with a boring capacity of 10-125 mm is a rigid and versatile unit and is a must for any Tool Room workshop.
2. The Head and R8 Shank (drawbar thread of M12X1.5mm) part are integrated which reduces vibration to a greater extent and can be used in applications where rigidity and tolerances are important.
3. With two vertical holes of 12 mm, the unit can take tools with shank dia 12 mm (right hand tools) and one can also use the horizontal hole (with a left hand tool) for making larger bores.
4. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.01 mm per division which gives an adjustment of 20 microns on the diameter.
5. The unit is hardened and ground to ensure sturdity and increased longevity.
6. The Boring Kit comes with 2 nos. Right Hand Indexable Tools (TPGX0902) with shank Dia 12 mm and a Left Hand Tool:
1. Entry Dia 10 mm X Boring Length 40 mm- 1 nos.
2. Entry Dia 12 mm X Boring Length 50 mm- 1 nos.
3. Entry Dia 92 mm TPGX0902- 1 nos.
7. Inserts are to be purchased separately depending on the material to be machined.
