1. Dia 50 mm Micro Boring Head Kit, also known as a C Type Boring Head, with a boring capacity of 10-80 mm, is a globally used model.
2. The unit can take tools with shank Dia 12 mm (right hand tools) and is very useful to bore holes which are not too deep.
3. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.02 mm per division which gives an adjustment of 40 microns on the diameter.
4. It comes pre-fitted with a taper shank such as R8, ISO30, ISO40, Mt2, MT3, BT30, BT40, BT50 or straight Shank 25 mm and 32 mm, as per requirement.
5. The slide is hardened and ground to ensure sturdity and increased longevity.
6. The Boring Kit comes with 2 nos. Right Hand Indexable Tools (TPGX0902) with shank Dia 12 mm
1. Entry Dia 10 mm X Boring Length 40 mm- 1 nos.
2. Entry Dia 12 mm X Boring Length 50 mm- 1 nos.
7. Inserts are to be purchased separately depending on the material to be machined.
