1. Twin Edge Rough Boring Head Dia 85 mm for size 104-124 mm with CCMT1204 Inserts.
2. The adjustment is 1 mm with minimum bore size 104 mm to maximum 124 mm.
3. Using bigger cartridges a size of up to 150 mm can be achieved.

With two vertical holes of 12 mm, the unit can take tools with shank dia 12 mm (right hand tools) and one can also use the horizontal hole (with a left hand tool) for making larger bores. 2. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.01 mm per division which gives an adjustment of 20 microns on the diameter. 3. It comes pre-fitted with a taper shank as per requirement. 4.     1.Dia 75 mm Micro Boring Head Kit is a sturdy unit for boring large diameters. It can be used to bore sizes from 10 mm to up to 175 mm using a set of TPGX09/TPGX11 Indexable Tools. 2. This is very useful for boring deeper bores with depths of up to 80 mm. 3. The slide is hardened and ground which ensures its stable and sturdy and also increases the longevity of the unit. 4. There are two vertical holes and a horizontal hole of 20 mm. The vertical holes can take tools of shank dia 20 mm and bore from 10 mm to up to 125 mm. With an offset of 25 mm, the unit can bore a maximum diameter of 150 mm using a left hand tool in the horizontal hole. 5. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.01 mm per division which gives and adjustment of 20 micron on the diameter. 6. It comes pre-fitted with a taper shank as per requirement. 7. The boring kit comes with 4 nos. Dia 20 mm TPGX09 Right Hand Tools and 1 Nos. TPGX1102 Left Hand Tool: 1. Entry Dia 10 mm X Boring Length 40 mm TPGX0902- 1 nos. 2.
