1. Special Boring Bar VBMT16 using other side for deep boring a size of 45.8 mm in SS304.
2. The boring bar was clamped on a Deep Boring Arbor with female thread coupling assisting in achieving lengths of up to 300 mm in a Special Purpose Machine.
3. The cutter has 4 working edges and designed in a way so as to enable maximum removal of chips using high-pressure coolant flow from the outside.

    1. High Precision Micro Boring Head Dia 62 mm with a boring capacity of 6-125 mm is a versatile unit and is a must for any Tool Room workshop. 2. With two vertical holes of 12 mm, the unit can take tools with shank dia 12 mm (right hand tools) and one can also use the horizontal hole (with a left hand tool) for making larger bores. 3. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.005 mm per division which gives an adjustment of 10 microns on the diameter. 4. It comes pre-fitted with a taper shank as per requirement. 5.
