1. Dia 62 mm Micro Boring Head Kit with a boring capacity of 6-125 mm is a versatile unit and is a must for any Tool Room workshop.
2. With two vertical holes of 12 mm, the unit can take tools with shank dia 12 mm (right hand tools) and one can also use the horizontal hole (with a left hand tool) for making larger bores.
3. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.01 mm per division which gives an adjustment of 20 microns on the diameter.
4. It comes pre-fitted with a BT40 Taper Shank (drawbar threadM16X2).
5. The unit is hardened and ground to ensure sturdity and increases longevity.
6. The Boring Kit comes with 5 nos. Right Hand Indexable Tools with shank Dia 12 mm and 1 Left Hand Tool:
