1. Finish Boring Bar with Micro Boring Unit TPGX09/ TCMT09 are ideal for production or batch operations in NC controlled machines.
2. Working length can be from 50-200 mm depending on boring size required and machine spindle taper.
3. The adjustment is 0.002 mm on the diameter thus allowing for precision bores to made.
4. The boring range is plus minus 0.5 mm.
5. Tapers available are BT40, CAT40, SK40, BT50, CAT50, SK50

    1. High Precision Micro Boring Head Dia 85 mm (MuBore-85) with a boring capacity of 6-245 mm is a study unit ideal for die moulding and precision boring applications. 2. With two vertical holes of 20 mm, the unit can take tools with shank dia 20 mm (right hand tools) and one can also use the horizontal hole (with a left hand tool) for making larger bores. 3. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.02 mm per division which gives an adjustment of 40 microns on the diameter. Using the vernier scale, adjustment of 0.002 mm can be made which gives an adjustment of 0.004 mm (4 micron) diamterically. 4. It comes pre-fitted with a taper shank as per requirement. 5. The unit is hardened and ground to ensure sturdity and increased longevity 6. The Boring Kit comes with 6 nos.     1. Dia 100 mm Micro Boring Head Kit is a big size unit for boring large diameters at greater depths. It can be used to bore sizes from 25 mm to up to 250 mm using a set of CCMT09 Right Hand and Left Hand Indexable Tools. 2. The slide is hardened and ground which ensures its stable and sturdy and also increases the longevity of the unit. There are two vertical holes and a horizontal hole of 25 mm. 3. The vertical holes can bore from 25 mm to up to 180 mm. With an offset of 40 mm, the unit can bore a maximum diameter of 250 mm using a left hand tool in the horizontal hole. 4. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.01 mm per division which gives and adjustment of 20 microns on the diameter. 5. It comes pre-fitted with a taper shank as per requirement. 6. The boring kit comes with 1 nos. Dia 25 mm CCMT09 Right Hand Tools and 1 Nos. CCMT09 Left Hand Tool: 1. Dia 25 mm CCMT09 Right Hand- 1 nos. 2. Dia 25 mm CCMT09 Left Hand- 1 nos. 7.
