1. Finish Boring Head Dia 62 mm with a boring capacity of 6-85 mm is an ideal unit for production operations requiring repeatability for batch production jobs.
2. The Unit come with a Finish Cartridge in TPGX09/ TCMT09 or CCMT09.
3. With a single vertical holes of 16 mm, the unit can take tools with shank dia 16 mm (right hand tools).
4. The lead screw has an adjustment of 0.005 mm per division which gives an adjustment of 10 microns on the diameter.
5. The unit is hardened and ground to ensure sturdity and increased longevity.
6. It comes pre-fitted with a Modular Taper Shank like BT40, BT50, SK40, SK50 or HSK Tapers, with working length from 70 to 200 mm, as per requirement.
7. The Boring Kit comes with 6 nos. Right Hand Indexable Tools (WCGT02/TPGX0902) with shank Dia 16 mm.
