Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
However, there might be some delay in delivery due to below mentioned reasons:
– If the area where you live is very interior in the region.
– Natural calamities like heavy rain, earthquake etc.
– Political disturbance, National and Regional holidays etc.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Yes, Metlartis.com reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
– Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.
– In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on Metlartis.com.
– Unavailability of products – In exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock, the product will be cancelled; however, remaining products of the order will be delivered.
– If the area in which customer is residing is not served by us or made Out of Delivery area by Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order.
– Suspected fraudulent information.
All refunds for cancellation and returns will be given in the original payment form (Credit/Debit Card, PayTm, PhonePe, GooglePay, BHIM, PayPal, Check etc.). Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we have received the product and it may take further 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on original payment mode.
Of course, a product can be returned but only under the following circumstances:
– Product has any manufacturing defect.
– Wrong item delivered
All returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery with a Return Authorization. Returned items must be new, in original packaging and show no signs of wear, damage, abuse or alteration. Failure to meet these conditions may cause your request for return credit to be denied. We will gladly refund you the entire purchase price of your items less shipping and 10% restocking fee.
